Within our team we have certified PassivHaus designers and consultants, with a solid understanding of the core philosophies behind the standard and its drive to push the limits of indoor comfort whilst minimizing energy use.

Whilst the PassivHaus requirements can be incredibly tough to meet for some buildings, we believe the core “fabric first” philosophy is one that can be adopted by any building in minimizing wasted energy.

This includes the build process itself. For instance, better communication and transparency from the earliest designs to the last details on-site of the finished building will ensure that the build matches what was designed and help to minimize the performance gap.
