MACH Acoustics, in collaboration with Capita Architects, was involved in the sustainable refurbishment of Bristol University’s Graduate School.

To create a low-energy building, natural ventilation was carefully incorporated into the design.

Air was brought into the classrooms through openable windows and discharged into the main corridor via bulkheads, as shown to the right. Bespoke crosstalk attenuators were designed to integrate with existing ducting.
